Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a session. Cancellations made before this timeframe will not receive any fees, and/or are eligible for a refund. If a client does not show up for a scheduled session and has not provided prior notice, the client will be responsible for paying the full session and will be unable to book another appointment until payment has been settled. If session was already paid for, there will be no refund.
