Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Metamorphosis, we are committed to providing high-quality Mindset & Manifestation Coaching. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so our cancellation & rescheduling policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

​CANCELLATIONS

  • Advance Notice Required:
    Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a session. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not receive any fees, and/or are eligible for a refund.

  • No-Show Policy:
    If a client does not show up for a scheduled session and has not provided prior notice, the client will be responsible for paying the full session and will be unable to book another appointment until payment has been settled. If session was already paid for, there will be no refund.

  • Frequent Cancellations:
    Clients with repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-show offenses may be subject to additional policies or restrictions at the direction of Metamorphosis.

  • Cancellation by Metamorphosis:
    If a session must be cancelled by Metamorphosis due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule or if the session was pre-paid, receive a full refund for the cancelled session.

  • Workshops and Events:
    Cancellations or workshops require 7 days notice for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this timeframe.

RESCHEDULING 
 

  • Flexible Rescheduling:
    Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours notice before the original session time.

  • Same-Day Rescheduling:
    Requests to reschedule made on the same day as the session may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy unless due to an emergency.

  • Emergency Rescheduling:
    Exceptions for rescheduling fees or penalties will be made in the case of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical issues, family emergencies) at the discretion of Metamorphosis.

  • Rescheduling for Packages:
    For clients using a multi-session package, all sessions must be completed within the package validity period (e.g., 3 or 6 months). Sessions not scheduled within this timeframe will be forfeited.

ADDITIONAL CLAUSES

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling for Digital Services:
    For digital services (e.g., online coaching sessions), cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated via phone call through Whatsapp, or email.

  • Time Zone Considerations:
    Clients are responsible for ensuring they are aware of the correct time zone for scheduled sessions and adjusting for any differences. Missed sessions due to time zone confusion will follow the no-show policy.

  • Payment for Missed Sessions:
    Rescheduling or canceling a prepaid session within the allowed notice period will result in credit toward a future session rather than a refund.

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Clients who repeatedly cancel sessions may lose eligibility for refunds or discounts associated with packages or promotional rates.
