Coaching Services

• Refunds for any service are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

• Partial refunds may be issued for unused sessions in multi-session packages, provided the request is made before the package expires.

• Refunds for discounted packages will be calculated based on the full price of the sessions already used, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

• Missed Sessions: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.

• Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable. This includes completed coaching sessions, workshops, or events attended.

• Digital products, such as guides or downloadable resources, are non-refundable once delivered.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Umeko understands that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact her directly at info@morphed-evolution.ca and she will review your case on an individual basis.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email Umeko at info@morphed-evolution.ca with your name, service booked, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

No Guarantees on Results

Please note that Umeko does not guarantee specific outcomes from her services, as success depends on individual effort and commitment. Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with results.
